Shipping Policy

We ship pool supplies, equipment, and kits across all 50 states. Most items ship free. Here's exactly how it works — no surprises at checkout. Questions? Call or text us at (732) 395-2225.

What Ships Free

The vast majority of what we sell ships free to the continental United States. Free shipping applies to:

  • All above ground pool kits — free freight included, no minimum
  • Equipment, chemicals, filter cartridges, parts, and accessories — free on most items
  • Any order where free shipping is shown on the product page or at checkout
✓ Most orders ship free. If a shipping charge applies, it will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout before you complete your order. We don't add freight surprises after the fact.

Items With a Freight Charge

A select category of products require a freight charge due to their size, weight, and LTL shipping requirements:

  • Inground pool kits — freight is calculated by delivery zone and confirmed before your order is finalized
  • Semi-inground pool kits — same as inground, zone-based freight quoted before processing
  • Other oversized LTL items — any product that requires freight truck delivery will show a freight charge at checkout or will be quoted separately
Inground and semi-inground kit buyers: We will confirm your exact freight cost before your order is processed. You won't be charged freight without knowing the amount first. Contact us at (732) 395-2225 for a freight quote before ordering.

Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days are typically processed same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Peak season (May–July): Processing and transit times may extend during peak pool season. If you need your kit before a specific date, order early and let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate.

LTL Freight Deliveries — What to Expect

Pool kits and large equipment ship via LTL freight carrier — different from standard UPS/FedEx. Here's what to expect:

  • Delivery appointment required: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a window. You must provide a valid phone number at checkout — without it, your delivery cannot be scheduled
  • Curbside delivery only: The driver is not required to bring items into your yard or home. Have at least 2 people available to help unload
  • Signature required: You will sign a Bill of Lading (BOL) confirming receipt — read it before signing
  • Storage fees: If the carrier cannot reach you to schedule delivery, storage fees may apply. If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility
Inspect before you sign. Check your shipment for damage before the driver leaves. Note any damage — even minor — directly on the BOL before signing. A clean signed BOL makes damage claims significantly harder to process.

Damaged Shipments

  • Visible damage at delivery: Refuse the shipment and call us immediately at (732) 395-2225. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you
  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will file the freight claim and arrange replacement parts
  • Missing items: Count all pieces against your packing list before the driver leaves. Note any discrepancies on the BOL and contact us immediately
Take photos before moving anything. Photos of the packaging and damage taken at the time of delivery are essential for freight claims. The more documentation you have, the faster we resolve it.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping does not apply — freight rates vary significantly by product and destination. Contact us before ordering for a freight quote:

We will confirm freight cost and get your approval before processing any AK/HI order. Some products may be unavailable for AK/HI shipping due to carrier or hazmat restrictions.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot ship pool kits, large equipment, or hazardous chemicals to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical delivery address for all pool kit and equipment orders. Standard small-parcel orders may ship to a P.O. box in some cases — contact us if you're unsure.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. For LTL freight orders, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule your delivery window. If you haven't received tracking within the expected processing window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
