Poolzilla branded products are under a Limited Warranty that applies only to defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use and service conditions during the six (6) month period beginning on the original date of purchase. 

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage is limited exclusively to products sold under the Poolzilla brand and does not apply to products manufactured or branded by other companies, even if sold or distributed by Poolzilla. 

Poolzilla’s sole and exclusive obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be limited, at Poolzilla’s sole discretion, to the repair, replacement, or refund of any product determined by Poolzilla to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not apply to damage or product failure resulting from improper handling, installation, maintenance, non-Poolzilla branded products, or operation inconsistent with the product instructions or industry standards, or other circumstances outside the control of Poolzilla.

Select Poolzilla products may carry additional coverage beyond our 6-month limited period. Where applicable, extended warranty details and specific coverage terms are outlined on the individual product page.

The original purchaser must provide:

• Order ID
• Original shipment location
• Images of the item and the defect encountered
• Detailed description of the issue

Additional information or documentation may be requested after initial claim submission as reasonably necessary. Poolzilla reserves the right to inspect the product and request the return of the item before approval of any limited warranty.

Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or affect claim eligibility, and Poolzilla reserves the right to deny any claim submitted for products not branded by Poolzilla or for claims that fall outside the scope of the applicable limited coverage.
