Poolzilla-Branded Products

Products sold under the Poolzilla brand, including filter cartridges, cover hardware, steps and ladders, deck flanges, and miscellaneous parts and accessories, are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable. Poolzilla will repair, replace, or refund a defective product at its sole discretion, which is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. Select products carry extended coverage, listed on the product page.

What's not covered

  • ✕Normal wear and tear. Gradual deterioration from regular use over time.
  • ✕Improper installation. Damage from incorrect installation or not following manufacturer instructions.
  • ✕Chemical damage. Improper water chemistry, over-chlorination, or incompatible chemicals.
  • ✕Misuse or abuse. Use outside the product's intended purpose or rated capacity.
  • ✕Environmental damage. UV fading, freeze damage from improper winterization, or storm and flood damage.
  • ✕Unauthorized modifications. Any alterations made to the product.
  • ✕Cosmetic damage. Scratches, fading, or surface marks that don't affect function.
  • ✕Damage signed off at delivery. Inspect all freight shipments before signing!

File a claim

Email sales@poolzilla.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Original shipment location
  • Photos of the item and defect
  • Detailed description of the issue

Poolzilla may request more documentation, inspect the product, or require its return before approving a claim. Missing documentation may delay or affect eligibility.

Other brands sold by Poolzilla

This warranty does not cover products from other manufacturers, even when purchased through Poolzilla. Every product we sell from third-party brands (Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, and others) comes with their own manufacturer's warranty as provided. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — check the documentation included with your product or contact us.

Limitation of liability

Poolzilla's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of a defective product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of pool use, water loss or refilling costs, installation or removal labor costs, or damage to surrounding property.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by state.
