Compare All Kits

Side-by-side comparison of all 7 above ground kits - specs, salt compatibility, sizes, and pricing.

Can I use a salt chlorine generator with any of these pools?

Four of our kits are salt-warranted: Sun Valley, Atlantis, Santa Rosa, and Seaside. Each uses galvanized copper bearing steel designed to hold up to salt chlorine generators when properly maintained. If you're unsure whether a specific kit works with your planned salt system, call or text us before ordering.

What's the difference between Atlantis and Sun Valley?

Both use the same galvanized copper-bearing steel wall and are both salt-safe. The key upgrade on Atlantis is the 8" resin top rails and verticals (vs. 6" painted steel on Sun Valley). Resin is more corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free, and provides a cleaner, more modern look.

Do I need a professional to install?

These kits are designed for DIY installation and include assembly instructions. That said, improper installation can void your warranty — so if you're unsure, hiring a local pool installer is a worthwhile investment. Poolzilla is not responsible for installation errors.

Is freight really included in all prices?

Yes — every price shown includes freight. What you see is what you pay. No surprise shipping charges at checkout. Pool kits are large freight items, so this represents real savings of $200–$600+ depending on your location.

Why does Santa Rosa cost more than Atlantis at the same size?

Santa Rosa (Silver Interlude) uses a taller 54" wall (vs. 52"), steel that is up to 25% heavier than industry standard, and is available in larger round sizes up to 30'. It's built for customers who want maximum pool depth and the most heavy-duty above-ground steel structure available.

Which size pool should I choose?

As a general rule: 15'–18' round works for 1–3 swimmers; 21'–24' round is ideal for families of 4–5; 27'–30' and ovals suit larger families or those who want to swim laps. Leave 3–4 feet of clearance around the pool on all sides. Oval pools offer more swimming space in tighter yards.

How does the prorated warranty work?

All warranties cover 100% of manufacturing defects in years 1–2. After that, coverage is prorated — meaning you and the manufacturer share repair costs based on age. All pools carry a 20-year prorated limited warranty. Liners carry separate warranties.
