The manifold incorporates molded ABS construction with integrated sector ports machined to OEM dimensional tolerances, ensuring leak-free seating of all grid sectors against the manifold face. The component is rated for continuous service at operating pressures up to 50 PSI and water temperatures to 104°F, consistent with residential and light commercial DE filter housing specifications. Port geometry, sector-to-manifold alignment, and standpipe interface are held to ±0.030 inch tolerance against OEM specifications, eliminating the bypass and DE blowback failure modes commonly associated with mismatched aftermarket manifolds.
