Construction consists of a Reemay nonwoven polyester media pack with nominal 20-micron filtration efficiency, seated on a structural PVC core with ABS injection-molded end caps. Standard form factor for this series: 7.0-inch OD, 3.0-inch ID inner bore, 19.625-inch overall length, with a closed bottom end cap and open-flow top end cap configured for axial-flow housing geometry. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 104°F; pressure rating supports residential and light commercial duty up to 50 PSI. UV-stabilized end cap adhesive maintains bond integrity under standard pool water chemistry exposure.

Service interval recommendation: residential installations — rinse every 4–6 weeks or at ΔP ≥ 8 PSI above clean-filter operating baseline; chemical soak with enzyme cleaner or dilute TSP every 3–6 months to remove oils and lotions resistant to standard rinsing.
