The element is rated for continuous service up to 104°F and operating pressures to 25 PSI, with end cap bond chemistry suited to standard pool water sanitizer regimes. Pleat geometry is optimized for low clean-state ΔP, supporting full pump head curve utilization across the rated flow range.

Service interval recommendation: residential installations — rinse every 4–6 weeks or at 8 PSI ΔP rise above clean-filter baseline; chemical soak with TSP or enzyme cleaner every 3–6 months to remove oils and organic film resistant to rinsing. Replace annually or at ΔP ≥ 10 PSI above clean baseline, whichever occurs first. Chemical compatibility: polyester media and ABS end caps tolerate continuous service at ≤ 10 ppm free available chlorine; muriatic acid soak at 1:20 dilution (20 minutes maximum exposure) is compatible for calcium scale remediation, limited to once per season. Enzyme cleaners compatible without restriction.
