Construction features ABS injection-molded end caps with a closed bottom and open-flow top configuration, seated on a structural PVC core sized for the TC330 manifold standpipe. Nominal filtration efficiency is rated at 20 microns under standard test conditions, with continuous service rated to 104°F and operating pressures to 50 PSI consistent with the Tri-Clops housing pressure envelope. The 110 sq ft area provides substantial dirt-holding capacity, extending service cycles in higher bather-load residential and light commercial installations.

Service interval recommendation: residential installations — pressure-differential-based replacement triggered at ΔP ≥ 8–10 PSI above clean-filter operating baseline, or on an annual calendar cycle, whichever occurs first. For light commercial applications, follow a 30–90 day service cycle with documented ΔP logging per local health code requirements. Rinse every 4–6 weeks; chemical soak with TSP or enzyme cleaner every 3–6 months to remove oils and binder residues.
