End caps are ABS injection-molded with a closed bottom and an open-top configuration terminating in a 2-1/8-inch SAE-thread handle adapter for tool-free extraction. The element is rated for continuous service at temperatures to 115°F with intermittent excursions to 120°F, supporting standard spa circulation pump operating pressures in the 5–15 PSI range.
