The element is rated for continuous service up to 104°F and operating pressures to 25 PSI, with end cap geometry held to ±0.030 inch OD tolerance for bypass-free seating in OEM-specified housings. UV-stabilized end cap adhesive resists degradation under standard pool water chemistry, and the pleat pack geometry is engineered for uniform flow distribution across the full media area.

Service interval recommendation: residential applications — replacement triggered at ΔP ≥ 8 PSI above clean-filter operating baseline, or on an annual calendar cycle, whichever occurs first. Intermediate maintenance: rinse every 4–6 weeks; chemical soak with TSP or enzyme cleaner every 3–6 months to address oils and organic surfactants resistant to rinsing. Chemical compatibility: continuous service at ≤ 10 ppm free available chlorine; muriatic acid soak at 1:20 dilution compatible for calcium scale removal (20-minute maximum exposure, thorough rinse required prior to reinstallation); enzyme cleaners compatible without restriction.
